Steve Pincus brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience to Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS. Mr. Pincus has been the CEO/Owner of his own company and also has extensive multi-industry, multi-national marketing, business development and management experience.
Over the past twenty five years, Steve has focused on four business start ups and two business turnarounds. These have been in the manufacturing and service/education industries, in companies with sales ranging from $1M to over $250M. Steve has used his analytical skills to evaluate the companies, develop a plan for improvement and growth and oversee the implementation of needed changes.
Steve began his business career as a Management Consultant where he provided information technology and management assistance to health care delivery and government clients. He then moved to Phoenix where he started up, grew and sold his own printing services company.
Prior to becoming part of Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS, Steve had a long and distinguished career at Honeywell International. This included global leadership of the industrial automation service business and several of the company’s vertical market businesses - Oil & Gas, Food & Consumer Goods and Automotive. Steve also established and ran a third party partner program, in which he used a forum environment to manage partnerships with over 100 companies.
He has also spent several years on the faculty of the University of Phoenix, Business Administration program, where he instructed in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Statistics and Management Theory courses.
Steve grew up in New York City and is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he received Bachelors of Science degrees in both Chemistry and Management and of Carnegie-Mellon University where he earned a Master of Science in Industrial Administration. He currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, Gayle. They have two grown children. His interests include hiking, reading, traveling, and angel investing.
