Peter Braeuler

Peter Braeuler brings over 30 years of leadership and business management experience to Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS. Peter has held a variety of operations and staff management positions for a Fortune 500 company including the positions of District Manager, Product Delivery Administrator, Executive Director Growth Management, and Executive Director Workforce Planning.

His career with United Services Automobile Association (USAA) was predominantly in the Property and Casualty Division and culminated in the Human Resources Division. He created the administrative framework and facilitated implementation of a senior management initiative resulting in a $65M expense savings. He led a number of multi-divisional project teams, and managed pilot and implementation of numerous systems and process changes that increased service capacity and customer satisfaction. Peter launched the Workforce Planning center of excellence which centralized workforce planning functions of 17 divisions into one department. He built the initial call center operation and directed the accounting, sales and clerical operations in their Tampa office achieving the highest service levels in the company and exceeding corporate goals by 6%. He has served as President on the Board of Directors of a private organization where he led the development of a ten year strategic plan and a $2M construction project. He also served on the Board of Directors of a Federal Credit Union for seven years.

As President of Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS, Peter assists area entrepreneurs and business leaders by facilitating a process that keeps them abreast of current business trends, improves their quality of life, provides peace of mind and exposes them to new ideas to help them achieve better results. He uses his management and coaching skills to help Chief Executives achieve their personal and business goals. Peter brings a wealth of experience in working with senior staff and executives, facilitating effective meetings, change management and special projects.

Peter graduated from Norwich University with a BA in Government and later received an MBA specializing in Finance from St. Mary’s University. He also holds designations in Insurance, Financial Planning and Human Resources. He served as an officer in the United States Army and Texas Army National Guard and is a proud Eagle Scout.

Peter, his wife Karen and their two teenaged sons live in San Antonio, Texas. They are actively involved in school, church and community activities. Peter is engaged with the PTA, Mobil Loaves and Fishes, Youth Ministry and Habitat for Humanity. Peter is an ardent golfer and family interests include travel and theatre.
