Eric McCarron

Eric McCarron brings over thirty-three years of leadership and management experience to Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS. He has held a number of senior-level executive positions in marketing, with regional sales and senior management assignments in the Canadian industrial gas industry. Eric has extensive experience in owning and developing businesses from start-up to divesture. He also has hands-on experience with mergers and acquisitions, having successfully merged companies throughout the Atlantic, Western, and Central Canadian provinces.

As the owner of an industrial distributorship, Eric grew the business developing brands and markets utilizing strong team building and engagement techniques to increase ROI and divested the company to a multinational manufacturer. He then joined Air Liquide Canada, to lead the successful merger of a dozen regional stores in Western Canada and Ontario. Once the acquisitions were completed, he implemented a strategy of optimization for the new facilities by developing brand awareness and new distribution and marketing channels.

Eric is a business graduate from Dalhousie University and the Executive Development Program of the Dalhousie School of Management. He has a long history of community leadership with service clubs and business advocacy associations and chambers.

As the owner of Renaissance EXECUTIVE FORUMS of Hamilton / Mississauga, Eric is an engaging, professional facilitator with the ability to put others at ease, quickly building relationships based on mutual trust and benefit. Eric brings to this process a wealth of experience in working with senior level people, facilitating effective meetings and managing structured processes. He is currently developing his forum groups in Burlington.

Eric resides in Burlington with his wife Joan, and has four children and three grandchildren.
