One-on-One Coaching

Once a quarter, or monthly if you desire, you will meet one-on-one with your Renaissance Executive Forums chairperson. This meeting will have several agenda items and will, over the course of time, be tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

Some of the suggested topics are:

  • The preparation of issues and challenges you will be presenting to your fellow members.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of action items developed at your monthly FORUM meetings. Many members view this as a beneficial accountability process.
  • Identification of additional personal and business needs.
  • Review of personal and business strategic plans.

This is an opportunity to get direct input and advice from the chairperson.

One of the primary purposes of the Quarterly Executive Coaching Session is to accelerate meaningful change.
